Position Summary:
Sheridan Homes, LLC is looking for someone experienced in property maintenance to assist with new home construction and rental property management. This position will assist in the ongoing upkeep of properties and ensure properties are ready for move in.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Prepare units for occupancy
-Ensure properties maintain presentable interior and exterior appearance
-Handle new homeowners with a pleasant and professional demeanor
-Assist in general maintenance work as requested such as exterior projects, interior projects, painting, pressure washing, groundskeeping, trash removal, etc.
-Complete all service orders in a timely fashion
-Comply with all federal and state fair housing regulations

Minimum Qualifications:
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Valid Oklahoma Driver's License
-Reliable truck with legal tags and insurance
-A working smartphone w/ data plan
-Work history in property management or related work experience
-Ability to lift 50lbs

Must be able to walk property for up to 8 hours per day. Must have the ability to climb ladders. Must enjoy working outside in all types of weather (hot/cold). Must provide own transportation between job sites. Tasks will include the following: sitting, standing, lifting (heavy), digging, twisting and stooping.
