Experienced Truck Driver
Shleppers Moving & Storage has been in business for almost 40 years and is one of the largest, most well known moving companies in the New York Metropolitan area.
Shleppers is looking for full-time, experienced truck drivers with clean driving records to pick up and deliver household goods primarily in the New York area.

Tasks and duties will include:
-Carrying out routine vehicle checks
-Loading and unloading household goods onto the truck and into customers homes
-Making sure that the goods are secured correctly
-Driving vehicles to their destination and unloading according to the moving plan
-Collecting payments and issuing receipts when applicable
-Maintaining a log book with details of trips, including rest breaks on long trips
-Customer service.

To successfully secure this opportunity, you MUST:
-Have at least 1 year truck-driving experience
-Have a clean license
-Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
-Have a great attitude and strong work ethic
-Be capable and confident in your ability.
