90-Year-Old, Private Real Estate Investment Firm is seeking the right candidate to work alongside existing employees, maintaining and improving commercial properties in the Los Angeles area, primarily Downtown and Koreatown.

The candidate will assist in performing a variety of repairs and maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, sweeping and cleaning, landscape work and minor construction.

The successful candidate:
Must have experience in the areas listed above.
Must be legal to work in the U.S.
Must be able to speak and write in English. Bilingual with Spanish is a plus.
Must be able to pass Background and Credit checks.
Must have a valid driver's license, a dependable vehicle and auto insurance.
Although very rare, must be able to work a weekend or overtime if needed.

Compensation depends on knowledge and experience.
