Seeking Experienced Dispatcher
? Minimum four (4) years experience as a dispatcher in a transportation related industry
? Professional written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in additional languages are a plus
? Thorough knowledge of NYC's five (5) Boroughs and surrounding roadways
? Extremely punctual and reliable. Upholds the highest ethical standards (NO EXCEPTIONS)
? Ability to provide the highest level of excellent customer service
? Detail oriented and organized
? Ability to multi-task in a variety of circumstances
? Experience with GPS Tracking systems Silent Passenger software preferred but not required
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
? High School diploma or equivalent GED required
? Maintain a professional, well groomed appearance at work station, and abide by uniform standards
? CDL/BPS License is a plus
? Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
? Full availability including weekends and holidays is mandatory. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
