Cardinal Capital Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician for multi-site portfolio located in Milwaukee. Ideal candidate will possess 3 years of experience in all aspects of building maintenance including knowledge and experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, apartment turnover, painting, cleaning, and completing work orders. Qualified candidate will also have strong work ethic and customer service skills with an emphasis on Fair Housing principals, as well as, be a team player who will perform efficiently and communicate with other team members and tenants in a courteous manner to ensure a positive environment and elevate customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position that offers a stable, long-term employment opportunity and provides hourly compensation. Cardinal offers a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package. Some on-call responsibilities may be required. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, as well as, provide their own basic tools.
